1. The agreement
Who the agreement is between, when it applies and how it is accepted on behalf of an organization.
2. Accounts and access
Responsibilities of payroll officers for the accounts, roles and permissions they grant, and for keeping sign-in details and two-factor authentication secure.
3. Using StaffPay
Acceptable use of the service, and the organization's responsibility for reviewing and approving pay runs, statutory figures and bank details before they are finalized.
4. Statutory calculations
How EPF, ETF, APIT and other statutory figures are calculated, how effective-dated rates and overrides apply, and who is responsible for filing and remittance.
5. Customer data
Ownership of employee and payroll data, how it can be exported, and what happens to it when an account is closed.
6. Fees and billing
Pricing, billing periods, taxes and what happens if payment is late.
7. Availability and support
Service availability, planned maintenance and how to reach support.
8. Warranties and liability
Disclaimers, limits of liability and indemnities.
9. Ending the agreement
How either party can end the agreement, and notice periods.
10. Governing law
The governing law and jurisdiction (for example, Sri Lanka) and how disputes are resolved.
